How ANPR(also known as LPR) car parking system works?
The license plate recognition system is an automatic license plate recognition algorithm using video stream, or triggering the ground sense to capture and license the vehicle. When the vehicle enters the entrance of the community, the automatic license plate recognition algorithm automatically captures the vehicle photo and identifies the license plate number is obtained. The license plate number, color, license plate characteristic data, admission time information are recorded and the vehicle can be accessed without barriers to the parking lot, providing users with a new service mode.
If the LPR system cannot recognized the license, the driver presses the button to get a bar code ticket in the entrance ticket machine.
After the driver takes the ticket, the barrier gate will open automatically, then the driver can drive his car into the parking lot.
When the vehicle detector cannot detect a car's coming, the control cabinet and barrier will never start working, in this case, even a man press the green button, the entrance ticket machine will never dispense a ticket.
The automatic payment machines are used in the shopping lot.
The customer inputs the license plate number or ticket through the auto payment terminal installed in the elevator, confirms the vehicle parking and charging information which according to the vehicle picture displayed by the system and the ticket is scanned to show how long it parks, that pays the parking fee by cash or card and the payment is completed. After that, the system reserves a certain time (15 minutes). During the reserved time, the driver drives out and does not need to park again to pay the fee, so he can drive out of the parking lot without stopping.
