Entrance equipment
When the temporary car enters the parking lot, vehicle detection coil located under the lane detects the car and the display screen of the card issuing machine at the entrance prompts driver press the button to take the card. When the driver presses the button, the card issuing machine sends out an ID card, and then driver takes out the card, the entrance camera takes the image of the vehicle and stores it in the computer image database. After the driver takes the card, the barrier gate release the vehicle and fall down automatically after passing the vehicle detection coil.
When the monthly card vehicle enters the parking lot, the vehicle detection coil located under the lane detects the arriving vehicle, and the driver puts the monthly card in the induction area of the entrance ticket machine, the ID card reader reads the characteristics of card and related Information, detect its validity; if valid, the entrance camera take the image of vehicle, and store it in the computer database. The barrier gate are used to release the vehicle, and the barrier gate automatically puts down after passing the vehicle detection coil; if it is invalid, the light alarms and the admission is not allowed.
Exit equipment and processes
The exit part is mainly composed of exit card reader, barrier gate, charging display, vehicle detection equipment and camera.
When the temporary car leaves the parking lot, the driver delivers ID card to the toll collector at exit. The computer automatically retrieves the entrance image according to the ID card record information,compare the access pictures, and automatically calculates the parking fee. The exit card collection machine prompts how much needed to pay. After the toll collector's charge and image comparison are confirmed, the toll collector press the button and the barrier gate rises. After vehicle passes, barrier gate will automatically falls and the toll computer records vehicle information into the payment database.
When monthly card vehicle leaves the parking lot, the vehicle detection coil detects the arriving vehicle, the driver put monthly card in the sensing area of exit ticket machine, the ID card reader reads the card information. To check its validity, the toll collection computer will automatically compare the entrance image. The toll collector confirms that monthly card is valid, the barrier gate opened, when vehicle detector detects that vehicle passes, the barrier gate automatically falls; if it is invalid, will alarm that it is not allow to pass.

The charging control device consists of a charging control computer, report printer, entrance manual button, exit manual button, voice prompt system and voice intercom system.
The operator is responsible for managing and charging temporary cards, monthly cards, and special cards through the charge control computer. The image comparison and recognition function is used to reduce the recognition and reading time of the vehicle license plate, and improve the speed of the vehicle access.
