The barrier system is the most crucial component of a parking lot. Improper installation can affect the normal operation of the entire parking lot. Therefore, installing a barrier system is extremely important. Let's discuss the precautions to take when installing a parking lot barrier system.

Parking access control

1. The barrier box must be installed firmly on a level surface, without tilting. There should be no gaps when connecting it to the ground, and the barrier box should not extend beyond the lane lines, ensuring a distance of approximately 5 centimeters.

2. When wiring the inductive loop, it is best to place it in coils, typically 5 to 6 layers. Each layer of the coil should be tightly compressed, and there should be no joints inside the coil. Otherwise, the barrier may malfunction during use, causing it to fail to raise and lower properly.

3. After connecting the inductive loop wire, we need to test its functionality.

If we change the length of the parking lot barrier arm, we should readjust the spring to achieve torque balance according to the arm length. Otherwise, it may lead to motor overheating and wear on the gearbox.
