1. For driver who has smart(prepaid) card
After driver parks, he goes to the nearest parking meter, input parking space No, choose parking hours , then the parking rate is calculated automatically. Pay with smart card , then a receipt will be printed. Put the receipt on the windshield for patrol.
2. For driver who does not have smart card
For drivers who do not have smart cards, they pay with coins or ask the parking attendant for help. The attendant goes to the nearest parking meter and swipes a management card in the machine. The attendant enters the parking number and the driver wants to stop. The system records the ID of the server, who paid, and how much to pay. Records can be checked on a management software to avoid any corruption or fraud, and drivers have to pay the parking attendant cash.
