1. The barrier gate housing must be installed firmly on a level surface, without tilting. There should be no gaps when connecting it to the ground, and the barrier gate housing should not extend beyond the lane lines, ensuring a distance of approximately 5 centimeters.
2. When wiring the inductive loop detector, it's best to lay it in coils, ideally 5 to 6 layers. Each layer of the coil should be tightly pressed together, and there should be no joints inside the coil. Otherwise, the barrier gate is prone to malfunction during use, causing it to fail to raise and lower properly.
3. After connecting the inductive loop detector, we need to test its functionality.
If we change the length of the parking lot barrier gate arm, we should readjust the spring to achieve torque balance according to the arm length. Otherwise, it can lead to motor overheating and wear on the gearbox.
