What are the standards for installing a battery swapping system?
Preliminary preparation:
Staff: installation workers, professional electricians.
Equipment: forklift (depending on the situation), electric drill, impact drill, national standard cable (according to the manufacturer's requirements)
Weather: involving electricity, try to avoid rainy days for installation.
Indoor installation requirements for power exchange cabinets:
- The power exchange area should be separated from other production and living areas by solid walls.
- The power exchange area should not hinder evacuation.
- When the room temperature in the power exchange area reaches 35 ℃, the exhaust facilities should be started, and the exhaust volume should be calculated as 60 m3/(h×m2).
- Fire extinguishers or other fire-fighting facilities should be configured, and the configuration of fire extinguishers should comply with the relevant provisions of GB 50140-2005.
Outdoor installation requirements for power exchange cabinets:
- Should be installed on a solid and flat cement floor of more than 15 cm.
- Sufficient distance should be left around the power exchange cabinet to ensure heat dissipation and maintenance.
- A line should be drawn at least 1 m outside the front of the power exchange cabinet to isolate the power exchange area from the parking area.
- A roof should be erected in a battery swapping system to ensure sunshade and rain protection.
