The weighing system of the highway is mainly used to detect the weight of the vehicle.
When the vehicle drives onto the weighing platform, the weighing sensor will be subjected to pressure. These sensors can convert pressure signals into electrical signals, and the weight of different positions of the vehicle will cause the sensor to deform to different degrees, thereby obtaining different electrical signals. These electrical signals will be transmitted to the data acquisition processor, and the processor will calculate the total weight of the vehicle according to the preset algorithm and calibration parameters.

At the same time, the system will also make a comprehensive judgment based on the number of axles, wheelbase and other information of the vehicle. During the driving process of the vehicle, the dynamic weighing system can quickly complete the weighing without stopping the vehicle or stopping for a short time. To ensure accuracy, the weighing system will be calibrated regularly. It is also connected to the toll system and monitoring system of the highway. Once the vehicle is found to be overweight, it will remind the staff to deal with it to avoid damage to the road caused by overweight vehicles.
