COMA announced the completion and official deployment of its new offline functionality for its parking management system. This feature ensures the system can continue operating normally during network outages, significantly improving system stability and reliability.
According to the workflow design, when the network is interrupted, parking attendants can continue operations through various methods such as scanning entry tickets, swiping cards, or handling lost tickets. The system supports local billing and ticket printing, and automatically caches transaction data, synchronizing it to the server once the network is restored. The offline mode also provides comprehensive solutions for special situations such as exceeding the time limit for departure or expired cards, ensuring uninterrupted parking lot operations.
The launch of this feature effectively solves the parking management challenges in remote areas with unstable networks, further enhancing the environmental adaptability of COMA products.
