COMA cooperated with Serbia biggest shopping mall -- PEOMENADA, our client planned to install the parking system with 4 ENTRANCE AND 4 EXITS (LPR+ Ticket system +8 APM), the system has getting into use successfully and it is convenience to the customers.
The shopping mall is supposed to 4 entrance and 4 exits. The entrance and exit with LPR and ticket parking system. The automatic payment machines are used in the shopping mall parking lot.
When customers drive to the entrance, the LPR system recognized the license automatically.
1. Enter procedure
A vehicle stops in front of the entrance, in front of barrier. The sensor detects its presence and a dedicated camera recognizes automatically and records the number plate, date and time of entry. The remote management system captures the data provided by the camera and saves it into the database. If already registered, the subscriber’s membership information and reservation data are a dded. The entrance barrier rises allowing the driver access to the car park. The barrier lowers automatically, once a vehicle passes the safety sensor.
2. Exit procedure
A vehicle stops at the exit, in front of barrier. The sensor detects its presence and the dedicated camera verifies the number plate against payment information, or the listing of the vehicle on the database (e.g. subscribers). The management system validates correct payment, or entitlement to park without payment to enable exit. The exit barrier rises, allowing the driver to leave the car park. The barrier lowers automatically once a vehicle passes the safety sensor.
If the LPR system cannot recognized the license, the driver presses the button to get a bar code ticket in the entrance ticket machine.
After the driver takes the ticket, the barrier gate will open automatically, then the driver can drive his car into the parking lot.
When the vehicle detector cannot detect a car's coming, the control cabinet and barrier will never start working, in this case, even a man press the green button, the entrance ticket machine will never dispense a ticket.
The automatic payment machines are used in the shopping lot.
The customer enters the license plate number or ticket through the autonomous payment terminal installed in the elevator, confirms the parking and charging information of the vehicle according to the vehicle picture displayed by the system and the ticket is scanned to show how long it parks, that pays the parking fee by cash or card and the payment is completed. After that, the system reserves a certain time (15 minutes). During the reserved time, the driver drives out and does not need to park again to pay the fee, so he can drive out of the parking lot without stopping.
